Selection Procedure
To ensure you get to defend your chance to the fullest, we follow a strict selection procedure:
- Step 1: written phase – After filling out an application form and uploading your CV, we will check if your profile matches any of our vacancies. If it doesn’t, you’ll get notified by email within two weeks. If it does, a recruiter will invite you for a first meeting.
- Step 2: HR meeting – You’ll have a first interview with a Getronics recruiter in your mother tongue. The recruiter mainly wants to discover your passion, ambitions and skills, and help you in finding your dream job here. We frequently use a personality questionnaire. Your answers to the online questions will give us a clear insight in your expectations and requirements. Of course we’ll give you the necessary feedback on it.
- Step 3: meeting the business – We’re growing closer to each other already. So it’s time to meet the family. Your manager (and maybe a colleague or two) will decide whether you really are the perfect man or woman for the job.
- Step 4: decision time – Do our expectations match? Then it’s time to fill in the paperwork and embark on our adventure together. If you don’t make it through to this final round, you’ll get personal feedback from our recruiters.
